Good Afternoon! Apologies for sending this out later than normal. This time of year is hectic for many people. Summer is still here, but it is beginning to get darker earlier. People are beginning to prepare for fall. This year, because of COVID restrictions, we do not know what to prepare for. This has resulted in feelings of anxiety, difficulty settling down, and disrupted sleep for many people.
So this guided practice is designed to ease you into sleep. If you are able to do it in bed, do so.
