Loving Kindness Series Day 7

Good Morning. Today will be a whole week of loving-kindess. Have you noticed anything about yourself? Are you more patient? More gentle? For today’s loving kindness practice, we will begin with a few deep breaths in and out. Begin by thinking about something that makes you smile, a person you love or that loves or loved you…any happy thought or memory.
