Presenter

Sara is EMDR trained and has intensive training in RO-DBT, an evidence-based treatment targeting a spectrum of disorders characterized by excessive self-control. She currently works in private practice with adolescents around issues of trauma and overcontrol, and often integrates RO-DBT with psychodynamic and attachment work. Sara’s research interests include trauma and resilience, overcontrolled personality style, and the experiences of gender diverse adolescents.
