About Russell:
Russell Siler Jones is director of the Residency in Psychotherapy and Spirituality at CareNet/Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and a psychotherapist in private practice in Asheville, North Carolina. He is a diplomate in the American Association for Pastoral Counseling and a North Carolina licensed professional counselor supervisor. He is a graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity, 1986), and Columbia Theological Seminary (Doctor of Theology, 1999). Dr. Jones has trained extensively in Internal Family Systems Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and EMDR. A therapist for over 25 years, he has also worked as a case manager with chronically mentally ill adults, a pastor, and a hospital chaplain. He and his wife Jeanine live in Asheville and are parents of two adult children.
