About Craig:

Dr. Cashwell is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Approved Clinical Supervisor, and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Supervisor. He focuses his scholarship on behavioral addictions and the competent and ethical integration of spirituality and religion into counseling. Dr. Cashwell maintains a part-time private practice focusing on couple counseling and addictions counseling. He has over 125 publications and has received numerous awards for teaching, research, service, and mentoring. Dr. Cashwell is a Fellow in the American Counseling Association. He is a Past-Chair of the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP) and has served as the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES) Governing Council Representative to ACA and President of Chi Sigma Iota, the international honor society for the counseling profession.
