Presenter

Dr. Margaret Lamar is an Associate Professor in the Counseling Program at Palo Alto University. She is a board-certified, licensed professional counselor with a background in university and clinical mental health counseling. Her research is in the areas of maternal mental health, parental mental health, and alcohol/ substance use during COVID-19. She also researches educational interventions in the field of counselor education. Dr. Lamar is a past-president of the Western Association for Counselor Education and Supervision.
