Presenter

Sydney Wasdin, MEd, ALC, NCC, RYT is a counselor and owner of True Yoga + Therapy. She works from an integrative, health psychology and trauma-informed lens to provide treatment to engage both mind and body in the process of healing and health. At her practice, she specializes in using Mindfulness-Based, Cognitive Behavioral, and Yoga-Therapy interventions.
