Lindsey North, PhD

Dr. North is the supervisor of training and certification for forensic evaluation at the Utah Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH). She completed formal clinical and forensic training at Sam Houston State University and Arkansas State Hospital, as well as postdoctoral hours in neuropsychological assessment and research at the Salt Lake City Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Currently, she conducts forensic evaluations of juveniles and adults, supervises forensic evaluators at DSAMH and forensic interns in the APA accredited internship program at the Utah State Hospital, and works with forensic administrators and national experts to develop and restructure the Utah forensic system and to provide annual and supplemental training to forensic evaluators and other stakeholders in Utah.
