The live professional training program on Integrating a Trauma-Informed Approach to Supervision is presented by Ellen Kinoy, LMFT.
This program will describe the six trauma-informed care principles and apply them to the clinical supervisory relationship. Through the exploration of key concepts and their application to our work, experiential exercises, and video we will develop concrete strategies for integrating these principles into daily practice.
This program will specifically focus on cultural humility, attachment-based relational approaches, and Adverse Childhood Experiences as they pertain to providing trauma-informed care. Participants will have the opportunity to create an individualized plan directly relevant to their work as a supervisor.
