There is no expectation that they have completed prior training in violence risk/threat assessment and management (VR/TAM), either generally or more specifically regarding TV&T. Most of the agencies at which participants are employed do not have formal policies with respect to violence risk/threat assessment and management (VR/TAM), either generally or more specifically regarding TV&T.
