Jen Wright-Schneeman, MBA

Jen Wright Schneeman is a co-founder of Real Human Performance in Cincinnati, Ohio. Jen is a trauma-informed nervous system and movement specialist instructing stress management, performance optimization, and posttraumatic growth by focusing on mind-body resilience training. She dedicated 18 years to health & human performance, first as a Science and Tech Advisor with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Defense Sciences Office and later as a Deputy at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Human Performance Wing. Since 2011 Jen has directed therapeutic programs and research using mindfulness, breath work, meditation, somatic restoration and movement for nervous system regulation related to addiction recovery, chronic stress, trauma renegotiation, and chronic pain. With grants from private health foundations, Jen authored, tested, and directed Self-Care and Resilience (SCaR) protocols for health professionals at risk from organization stress, burnout and compassion fatigue. Jen uses a combination of neuroeducation and directives to instruct professionals with self-care skills to manage stress while enhancing patient outcomes. Jen continues to deliver outcome-driven resilience coaching with treatment courts, NFL teams, law enforcement, military branches and onsite at REAL, coaching growth-minded humans that value personal development. Jen holds the steady belief in the human potential and that each of us deserves the freedom found in self-regulation. Her life’s purpose is to enrich your skillfulness so that you can meet the personal and professional demands of the day with more trust, clarity, space and ease. This work is featured across local news outlets and nationally with the Huffington Post and NPR. Jen presents the data outcomes at conference with American Academy of Health Behavior and International Society of Traumatic Stress.
