Dialectical Behavior Therapy is an important evidence-based intervention with a growing body of evidence to support its effectiveness. I use and teach DBT skills to many of the clients I see through my work at a College Counseling Center and would recommend training in DBT to anyone who works with challenging clients. Dr. Galietta is an excellent instructor who guides you through the implementation of this intervention using a variety of examples that can be applied in many situations.
