The National HIV/AIDS Strategy (2022–2025) provides stakeholders across the nation with a roadmap to accelerate efforts to end the HIV epidemic in the United States by 2030. Presenter

Dr. J. Richelle Joe is an associate professor of Counselor Education at the University of Central Florida with extensive professional experience, as a high school teacher, middle school counselor, and family counselor in community and clinical settings. For over 20 years, Dr. Joe has served in rural, urban, and suburban communities, working collaboratively with parents, families, and community members to support the academic, career, and psycho-social needs of children and adolescents. Her academic and research interests focus on culturally responsive services for underserved and marginalized populations, including individuals of color and individuals and families affected by HIV.
