Program Description

This live training on Improving Use of the POST Psychological Screening Dimensions in Pre-Employment Psychological Evaluations is presented by Nancy Panza, Ph.D.

The goal of this workshop is to increase evaluators’ understanding of the 10 POST Psychological Screening Dimensions and to provide an interactive experience that allows for practice and training in consistently and effectively using the dimensions to support qualification decisions in pre-employment psychological evaluations for public safety candidates. Dr. Panza will present clinical cases and have participants provide ratings (independently) for each dimension and make Q/D decisions for each case. There will be group discussion of perceived benefits and challenges of applying the dimensions.

If you would like to ‘attend’ this workshop but cannot travel to Palo Alto – consider virtual attendance. We are pleased to offer virtual attendance for all our workshops via ZOOM.
