Program Description

This live training on Becoming a Transformational Therapist: Introducing Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) is presented by Dr. Jonathan Peretz.

Rooted in the short-term psychodynamic tradition but informed by contemporary attachment theory, affective neuroscience, somatic approaches, and transformational studies, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) seeks to help clients traverse difficult emotional and relational experiences to release blocked energy and regain resources. Through lecture, clinical video, and experiential exercises, participants will learn the basic elements of AEDP’s transformational approach and develop a clear understanding of the affective and relational change mechanisms at the heart of this contemporary model.

If you would like to ‘attend’ this workshop but cannot travel to Palo Alto – consider virtual attendance. We are pleased to offer virtual attendance for all our workshops via ZOOM. Virtual attendees will be emailed all the details to connect via ZOOM and will be sent electronic copies of all materials.
