Many people have been sharing with me that they have been waking up tense. Have you ever woken to find your jaws clenched? Or have you found your hands tight or your muscles stiff? Sometimes, even when we are coping well with stressful events, our body carries that stress for us.
It’s important to check our bodies for stress and to release that tension. One way we can do this is through a body scan.
