Loving Kindness Independent Practice Week-Day 4
Good Morning. Today we continue to practice the Loving Kindness practice each of you have chosen for the week.
Are you becoming frustrated with the same practice? Do you find comfort in the routine? Notice these things as they are all part of the practice.
Stretch and breathe, settle yourself. First be sure that you actually feel warmth and joy spreading before you begin your practice…It’s important to start with whatever image or thought creates positive emotion for you… then begin the practice you have chosen to repeat each day.
