This program includes access to the 70-page Inner Resources for Stress Participant Manual and audio recordings of guided meditations for between-session practice.

This program is intended for mental health and allied professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and counselors. This program is for beginner, intermediate, and advanced-level clinicians who can take the program as an optional prerequisite to the Inner Resources for Stress Facilitator Training. No previous mindfulness meditation experience is required.
